(Training Aspiring Locals to Engineer a New Tomorrow) Engineering Apprenticeship Program is dedicated to expanding hiring pools, offer opportunities to high school graduates and community college students, and develop partnerships with local communities and institutions. The T.A.L.E.N.T. Engineering Apprenticeships are designed to work alongside our engineers to support and assist on technical projects and complex tasks while providing the apprentice with opportunity for learning and career growth. We have opportunities in various U.S. cities supporting different Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Business Area locations. Each position is a dedicated on-site role in the named location. Please note that no relocation packages are offered for these T.A.L.E.N.T. Engineering Apprenticeships.

Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Early Career Engineering Apprentice who is striving to succeed in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) career and has a strong desire to engage in and understand the fundamentals of software or system engineering. The successful candidate will join a team that designs, develops, integrates, tests, delivers, operates, and maintains fully integrated and secure solutions for military users across the globe. In this role, you will develop new skills while performing a variety of tasks to include analysis, problem solving, and critical thinking. This role includes on-the-job mentorship by some of the brightest engineers in the defense industry who will challenge you to grow your skills in a variety of aspects of the product engineering lifecycle. Early career candidates who recently graduated from high school (within past 24 months) and can work full time (40 hours/week schedule) are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be able to work onsite full-time in Moorestown, NJ. Short distance travel between Lockheed Martin Moorestown buildings may be required. Candidates must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance and is located at a facility that requires special access. -
