HES Administrator
Overall Purpose of Job:
The HES Administrator reports to the HES Director and is responsible for assisting and supporting the HES team and their objectives of creating and sustaining a productive work culture and safe work environment.

Primary Job Duties/Functions:
1. Operates as an assistant to the HES Director in the field.
2. Responsible for conducting surveys, evaluations, inspections, and investigations of incidents and activities.
3. Gathers data and conducts research studies as directed to be used to monitor and track HES standards, programs and goals.
4. Assists in the coordination of programs to reduce and eliminate injuries, illnesses, deaths, environmental damage, and financial losses.
5. Develops a working knowledge of the Company’s HES standards, programs and goals by learning and applying HES procedures as established by the company through departmental training.
6. Responsible for extensive reporting and metrics.
7. Coordinates with project home office to ensure accuracy and alignment with data.
8. Develops audit attests.
9. Creates and distributes HES communication materials.
10. Coordinates HES events and activities.
11. Develops and coordinates conference presentation conducted by the HES Director.
12. Works closely with the site HES Performance Analyst to meet project schedules.
13. Assists in the preparation or reports and presentations for the project executive /directorate
14. Additional administrative duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:
1. Project site/field working conditions.
2. On-site project workspace of various conditions which may include temporary office facilities and exposure to moving, mechanical parts and vibration; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and various levels of outside weather.
1. Three-Five (3-5) years of experience in a similar role.
2. Previous project related experience is preferred.
1. Demonstrates a high level of interpretive thinking and mature judgement.
2. Self motivated with strong communication skills who works well as an individual and as part of a team.
3. Ability to establish a team environment and to be able to work well with others.
4. Advanced computer skills with expert use of Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Office.
5. Fluent in English, with above average writing skills.
