| || Performs responsible and complex duties associated with a specialized function of a section of clerical employees in a correctional institution |

Adheres to Institutional and departmental safety policies and procedures.
Registers offenders in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) when necessary.
Manage Mental Health reminders in EMR.
All office correspondences will be disseminated to appropriate staff.
Track numbers for various reports, including but not limited to: Access to Care and Mental Health Monthly Activity Report.
Picks up and distributes mail.
Answers phones, relays accurate messages and screens calls for clinicians.
Travel documentation for staff is to be completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
Assists Psychiatrist/NP/PA with clinics.
Completes 40 hours of Continuing Education (CEU's) annually.
Assists with Tele-psychiatry clinics.

| || Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Three years progressively responsible clerical experience. Additional education and/or related experience to equal three years may substitute on a year for year basis. |
| || Ability to multi-task, self starter, team player, good organizational skills, Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Outlook |
