| || Experience
4-5 years of recent progressive clinical management practice experience.
Graduate of accredited school Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Master's degree in a related field preferred
Current license to practice in appropriate disciplines in Virginia. License must be in good standing.
Requires leadership and good decision making skills. Must be self-directed, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.
Possesses excellent organization, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
Requires ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accurate and effective results.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
Must be able to lead, motivate, and positively influence others.
Demonstrates working knowledge of the nursing practice, assessment skills, and standards of care in order to effectively evaluate nursing staff. Proficient in English.
Proficient in computer skills to include but not limited MS word, excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of and experience with safety and risk management issues related to JCAHO and OSHA regulations, CDC guidelines and recommendations, ADA and FMLA legislation.
