| || The Digital & Multichannel Manager, is responsible for the design and implementation of Sandoz Digital Strategy. He strictly cooperates with Marketing and sales departments promoting cross-divisional synergies and leading digital initiatives to support Business strategies. He/she also work in strong alignment with regional counterparts to ensure consistency between Regional vision and local implementation
•Build and support a digital culture inside the Country, facilitating knowledge transfer and cross—fertilization across BUs.
•Plan, design and implement Sandoz Italy digital strategy.
•Act as first contact point for regional and local stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional objectives and proper prioritization of local activities
•Lead innovative digital project ensuring compliance and alignment with internal processes (SRM, SP3).
•Govern web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, coordinating and managing all external vendors and internal referents.
•Design, build and maintain Sandoz social media presence.
•Partner with marketing teams to understand their marketing goals. Proactively promote digitalization and innovation.
•Closely work with marketing departments promoting synergies and common digital approach.
•Help identify and suggest new technologies or tactics that can help deliver or exceed business goals.
•Analyze campaigns’ data identifying any trends and insights.
•Maintain and monitor accurate KPIs, track project performance and related return of investment.
•Understand strategies, tools, and data that can be leveraged to make campaigns more successful.
•Monitor Competitors digital activity.
•Support launches and Marketing initiatives using engaging social media content, campaigns, and online events.
