The NGSC Mexico is located in the biggest city in the country. The site is located 15 minutes away from Coyoacan, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Mexico, dating back to the XVI century, which has evolved into a cultural spot that gathers Mexican traditional and gourmet cuisine, arts and crafts, and history.
You will experience a mix of diverse people who have different interests and backgrounds.
Primary role focus is to support the tactical buying process in support of assigned countries/categories according to the globally defined tactical buying process. Assure the delivery of services according to defined KPIs and Service Levels.
Tactical Sourcing Request Support:
o Review/Validate Sourcing Requests in accordance with defined rules
o Escalate requests to category teams where defined thresholds are met
o Identify sources of supply from preferred supplier lists in accordance with category cards or find new vendors (when required)
o Direct users to existing content streams for current and future ordering needs.
o Coordinate & monitor RFx processes (where required) for projects assigned to them or support category /local teams in this process
o Prepare and provide summary of RFx outcome and recommendation to award, for projects assigned to them or support category /local teams in this process.
o Document and communicate final award decision Support users with documentation required to submit purchase requests
