• Responsible to include all institutional and access sales orders in SAP, ensure they are compliance with bidding contracts with public institutions, in accordance with the commercial policy, bidding documents and company rules respectively.
• Good interpersonal relationship and be pro-active in order to provide the best services.
• Actively participation, together with the IT area, in the management and development of systems and improvements in the operational processes.
• Good relationship with sales team and supply chain in order to support them and provide ideas and solution for new business and processes.
• Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget for the operating area, seeking new solutions through a macro and critical vision of the company's business, in order to fulfill the goals and objectives outlined and contribute to the achievement of organizations goals.
• Ensure the constant commitment of its team in relation to the policies of responsibility and citizenship established by the company.
• Ensure the dissemination and application of safety standards and procedures in its area of action, with purpose to contribute to the prevention of accidents, to maintain an occupational environment that guarantees the integrity of employees' health and the preservation of the environment.
• Ensure the development of the human resources under its management, identifying and defining needs for training programs, as well as assigning adequate levels of responsibilities and authority, in order to develop and prepare its successor
• Coordinate the closing of sales, ensuring the accuracy of the information and support the board decisions.
