• lead, train and coach the sales force team (visiting optical shops)
• direct responsibility for business with Retail Key Accounts (buying groups, chains)
• regular sales and logistic forecasting – weekly, monthly, mid and long term country sales plans per channels and brands
• setting objectives and goals for sales team
• partnering twith marketing team with national trade offers preparation and individual business support allocation - play active role in communication and approval management with the EMEA team
• preparation and implementation of new pricelist and trade terms for customers, including new contract preparation
• launch and implementation of new Sales Force Effectiveness model (targeting, reporting, territories change) in Q1-2 2018
• managing the internal organizational changes and challanges with the sales team
