| || To plan, organize and execute sales strategies for the commercial development following the company`s schemes with the objective of meeting the sales volume established for the region as well as to cooperate with the company`s global profit goals.
1. Sales & Promotions: Visit warehouses and pharmacies to verify product existence, the competitor activity and inventory rotation. Make research in pharmacies and warehouses. Plan efficiently weekly visits to clients to develop commercial activities. 2. Operating Expenses: Keep expenses within the assigned budget and analyze and propose any possible saving. Guarantee customer satisfaction.Make sure that purchase orders are delivered in time, according to schedule and special negotiations. Verify discounts, sales prices and special promotions. 3. Professional Consulting: Extensive knowledge of all Alcon and pharmaceutical products (competitors). 4. Marketing Strategy: Prepare reports on visits and competition. Report business opportunities. 5. Reporting Keep files and prepare expenses reports. Keep acquainted on competitors promotional activities and suggest actions. Monthly follow up on established quotas to accomplish with the budget and be able to make the necessary adjustments. 6. Planning: Provide information about number of units per client, the client`s participation by product, as well as the sales record to be able to plan monthly sales. To suggest action plans and incentives for the clients such as promotions, special prizes and other, aimed to increase product rotation and goals accomplishment. 7. Inventory: Keep updated on clients warehouses, remove products close to expiring date, solve specific problems related to the product or invoicing, and in the event of product devolution be able to fill out and deliver the form. Follow up thorugh periodical visits each client´s monthly inventory rotation to establish product evolution and define strategies to increase sales volume. 8- Codification of new products and ensure distribution pharmacies. 9- Others: • Guarantee product´s quality and compliance to GxP: On time reporting to QA area of incidents or non-compliances of any issue related to product quality or GxP. • Report to General Management any activity that could interfere on the proper operation of the RA & QA area or the quality of the product, according to the local SOP RG-002.• Maintain completeness and accuracy of documentation regarding normative documents. • Report before 24 hours to the Pharmacovigilance and Technovigilance program, any adverse event or quality problem which involves any of Alcon’s products. • Knowledge and practice Code of Business Conduct & Ethics. • Ensure compliance on AP3 Policy
