On June 23, 2014, Deckers upgraded its job posting and application technology. Even if you were previously set up with an account in the prior system, you will still need to create a new account the first time you use the new tool. Your old password will no longer work to access the system. However, once you set up a new account, most of your profile information (including resumes and job applications) you had previously entered will be available as long as you are using the same email address. You will not need to reapply for any job openings you already applied for. But if you had set up any automated search criteria, also known as “search agents”, to notify you of jobs you may be interested in, you will need to set these up again in the new tool.
