Package Handler Hiring Process
FedEx Ground is currently searching for package handlers in several facilities throughout our growing network. In order to be considered for one of these positions, you must successfully complete the following three steps:
Attend a Sort Observation – A sort observation is a brief tour of our facility. Please register for only one tour per location by searching here. You are only eligible to apply at the location(s) where you attended a sort observation. Check back often, as new sort observations are added on a regular basis.
Apply for a Position – After your tour, you will receive an email with a link to apply. You must attend a sort observation and complete an application for each location at which you would like to be considered for employment as a package handler.
Interview – You may be contacted for a brief onsite interview.
