Bravo Digital is looking for a creative, operationally-minded Executive Producer, Video to help drive the continued growth of its digital business.
You’ll be brimming with ideas for how to create compelling digital video franchises that are uniquely tailored to a variety of platforms.
Our ideal candidate will be a digital-first thinker capable of running a growing digital studio and overseeing multiple projects at once, and will have both the vision to develop a wide variety of ideas – from large-scale productions to fast and simple series ideas – and the technical know-how and connections to bring them to life. You’ll be charged with increasing the output and variety of our digital video content, and will come to the table with a firm understanding of digital metrics as well as established relationships with digital studios and content creators.
Creatively, we’re looking for an experimental thinker who can develop ideas that leverage existing Bravo shows and IP… but who also isn’t afraid to push beyond these boundaries and explore new frontiers. You’ll be ruthlessly focused on our audience in order to develop the most effective ideas, but will have one eye on the world of sponsorships – ensuring that new ideas can be effectively packaged and positioned for our advertising partners.
Operationally, you’ll have experience managing a team of preditors as well as outside contributors and production companies and know how to seamlessly bring ideas from inception to execution. This is very much a hands-on role and the ideal candidate will be just as comfortable sitting at an edit station as they are with providing notes on rough cuts.
Manage multiple projects across in-house producer and outside partners

Recruit and vet potential production partners
Staff up select video projects
Work with Legal to secure production and talent agreements
Topline review proposed budgets
Recruit and evaluate potential on-camera talent
Package video concepts for potential sponsorship
Review and note incoming cuts of digital series
Liaise with production companies on digital extensions of their on-air series
Ensure series are delivered on-time and to the proper specifications
Develop video content on social platforms including Facebook, Snapchat and Buzzfeed
Reporting to the Vice President, Content our ideal candidate will have a passion for the pop-culture space and be a rabid consumer of digital video content
