About the job ABOUT THE JOB In this fast paced dynamic environment we want our customers to come back and the best way to do this is to make each contact with IKEA a positive experience YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include: You will support our entire Customer Relations team working across all of our areas – returns and exchanges counters; cash registers; greeting customers; trolley controller; or Smaland (children’s play facility) Handle payments in an efficient, accurate and friendly way Handle complaints and claims efficiently and with empathy YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include: We are looking for co-workers who are passionate about the customer and want to make sure the customers experience is the best it can possibly be.
