To be an active partner in steering the organization with fact-based material and analysis for project implementation and optimization. Responsible to support project teams in reaching their business goals by providing analysis, reports and relevant documentation in the area of multichannel distribution. Looking for the logistic and business opportunities for full availability and cost development.
YOUR main tasks :
•Support Project Manager to secure accurate and timely submission of Form A, B and Payback Calculation following the global investment routines.
•Perform cost evaluation on various scenarios and ROI on additional investments that are requested by the Project Group (such as evaluation of ESP or IKEA operated operations, HB vs LB, PV installation etc)
•Support the tender process (with the support of IMS or other sourcing partner) through identifying cost drivers and perform cost analysis to support the decision making process.
•Prepare monthly project cost follow up report. Identify deviations, highlight and suggest action plan when needed. Communicate project cost status to all relevant stakeholders.
•Manage actual project cost and project cost forecast. Provide the project manager with reliable cost information to secure the project is within the approved budget frames.
•Be the speaking partner with the local finance function to secure correct, accurate and timely booking of project cost.
•Work with other IKEA compliance functions to secure the purchasing routines, payment routines, cost follow up systems are established and followed during the project.
•Be the local speaking partner supporting the project manager when dealing with the local legal topics/speaking partners.
YOU are our candidate if you:
•You have a University degree or equivalent in working experience
•8-10 years working experience within a similar function from MNC
•Developed numerical and analytical skills
•Project management skills
•Project cost follow up experience
•Investment request preparation experience
