• The MasterCard Technologies division of MasterCard Worldwide located in O’Fallon, MO is looking for outstanding applicants interested in a challenging and rewarding job within the Enterprise Architecture Business Process Management (BPM) development team. As part of MasterCard Technologies Enterprise Architecture Division, the team is integral to MasterCard's vision for the future in which business processes are dynamic, flexible and a differentiator for MasterCard. The BPM team leverages the Agile Software Development Methodology along with the Pega BPM tool to build web based software applications that meet business needs. • In this position the candidate would be part of the architecture team responsible for the architecture on a variety of projects produced from of a large development group. • Lead the preparation of solution and strategy analysis, estimates and white papers. • Interface with the business to help meet their needs • Design and develop of large scale Business Process Management(BPM) applications using PegaSystems' Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) • Work on a number of complex PEGA PRPC projects • Participate in architectural decisions and product road mapping • Ensure code is architected well, easily maintainable, performant and secure
