The CQ Lab Analyst provides technical support to the assigned laboratory. Investigates, analyzes, problem solves, and communicates technical information to internal and external customer.  Ensures GMP compliance within the assigned laboratory.  Maintains the logbook and computer documentation to support laboratory results.
·         High School diploma or GED required plus 16 hours of college level lab course work with a grade of “C” or better; or High School diploma or GED required plus Two (2) years of applicable lab experience.
·         Demonstrates proficiency in computerized systems.
·         Comprehends mathematical concepts such as logarithms, algebra, conversions, fractions, decimals, and rounding.
·         Ability to perform a variety of microbiological or chemical procedures as required within the work area.
·         Ability to understand and follow written procedures.
·         Self-motivated and works with minimal direction.
·         Utilizes good judgment in making decisions within limitations of recognized standard methods and procedures.
·         Demonstrates creativity, flexibility, teamwork, and leadership skills.
·         Must maintain certification within the assigned area.
·         Master of at least three (3) technologies for the applicable lab, i.e., wet chemistry, GC, HPLC, environmental monitoring, sterility, diagnostics, etc.
