The Duke Division of Community Health seeks a mid-level provider to become part of a multi- disciplinary team. The provider will conduct palliative care in the home to an assigned population of patients. Duties will include: medication, symptom and advance care management; and investigation of frequent hospital admissions.
EducationWork requires a bachelor's degree in Health Science and a Physician's Assistant Certificate of Registration with the North Carolina Medical Board or be certification eligible, and be certified as a Physician's Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
ExperienceTo be considered, applicants should be licensed prescribing providers with Palliative Care experience.
