Schawk Studios is seeking a self-motivated and creative-first Integrated Producer to join our team. T
he Toronto Schawk Studios Producer executes ideas within or across multiple platforms, including motion, print, and digital.
Reporting into the
Account Director, you will touch all aspects of content production; forecasting, planning shoot schedules and logistics, estimates (RFPs), budget management, managing prep, pre-production, post production, purchase orders, billing preparation and sourcing: photographers, stylists, videographers, editors, motion artists and other artists and production talent, as required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
The Integrated Producer is the project management resource responsible for projects throughout all stages; pitch, sourcing, budgeting / scoping, execution, launch, retrospective.
Ability to work on multiple project simultaneously. Demonstrates superior prioritization skills and ability to change focus on a dime for a given day
Leads and understands multiple aspects of production from digital, experiential, content (still & motion), print, packaging and copywriting
Develop and refine processes as it relates to content production.
Follow and guide the life cycle of production from kick off to content placement.
Interpret and build creative content briefs
Evaluate best team makeup for assigned project
Professionally represent Schawk when working with external partner studios and vendors.
Coordinate file management and ensure on-time delivery for clients to meet project deadlines.
Successfully negotiate internally and externally for all aspects of photography production.
Scope, create and manage budgets for shoots. Help Account Director with forecasting and planning.
Must have a driver’s license and be willing to travel at times to manage shoots that may be off-site or run production related errands as required.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Photography, Design, Marketing or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills
Expert Excel skills – experience using a Digital Asset Management tools a plus
3-6 years’ professional experience in a high volume photo studio, creative agency or production company
Previous experience working in photo/video shoot production is required
