Position Title Sr Analyst, Transaction Manager Auto Req ID 1524BR Job Description Works primarily in a support role on lease acquisition and disposition projects, but also takes on primary responsibility for small transactions and complex financial and other analyses. • Works independently or as part of a team, with limited supervision. • Consistently demonstrates attention to detail and high level of client service, maturity, poise, self-confidence, and sound judgment. Key Accountabilities Ability to perform these responsibilities in addition to the Analyst Responsibilities from below: • Performing more complex financial analyses (e.g., headquarters, master plans, etc.) • Handling small transactions with supervision • Leading transaction reporting for clients • Maintain data integrity and manage data entry to various JLL and client systems and tools • Leading preparation of annual reports and other presentations • Track account-based revenue and work with AR to ensure timely receipt of payment Analysis: • Preparing detailed financial analysis, including NPV cash flows, P&L comparisons, building valuations, etc. • Occasionally performing complex financial analyses (e.g., headquarters, master plans, etc.) with supervision • Evaluating client building alternatives and lease options on qualitative and quantitative analysis Research: • Gathering and evaluating real estate market and property data • Researching companies, landlords, and potential subtenants • Client Interaction: document client requirements, schedules and budgets • Assisting in the preparation and update of reports, presentations, analyses, and on-line systems • Working directly with clients and team members to resolve financial model, transaction and landlord issues Other Transaction Support: • Reviewing lease documents and writing lease summaries and abstracts, and reviewing other materials as part of the due diligence process Professional Development: • Developing an understanding of basic building systems, real estate, and lease terminology • Becoming familiar with the lease negotiation process and lease issues • Obtain Real Estate Salesperson’s license Embody the firm’s culture (values & behaviors) • Clients – driven to create value for our clients, always putting their needs and interests first. • People – attracting and retaining the best people in our industry, empowering them to achieve, grow and be rewarded fairly for their efforts. • Winning – being the industry leader, executing better than anyone else and innovating to create great products and services. • Excellence – pursue excellence in everything you do, and refusing to accept anything less. • Teamwork – deliver solutions through coordinated, high-performing teams of experts. • Trust – earning the trust of our clients and people • Integrity – acting ethically and with absolute integrity at all times, always doing the right thing. • Respect – treating our clients, colleagues, business partners and competitors with respect and expecting the same in return. • Diversity & Inclusion – being inclusive in all we do to gain full benefit from the diverse skills and life experiences of all our employees. • Additional account specific metrics and KPI’s Education and Experience Requirements • BA or BS degree with a record of high academic achievement • At least 2 years of relevant work experience (Suggest 3-5 years) • Global experience a plus • Real estate broker’s license a plus Full/Part Time Full-Time Regular/Temporary Regular Org Marketing Statement The Company
