Resource Planner in Uniontown, PA (f/m)

The individual will support the delivery of the North America PTC University Business with all tasks related to resource planning. This includes managing the (learning-) consulting resources schedules and making decisions around staffing requirements according to delivery priorities. The individual also ensures correct staffing data entry in our internal systems. PTC University helps our customers to optimize their business through traditional classroom training, online courses, as well as leadership training and consulting.

The individual will report to the North America Resource Planning Manager and collaborate closely with the PTC University Management. The role will be based in Uniontown, PA.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Project and training staffing for PTC University business

· Resource Support

· Resource Planning System Maintenance

· Staffing Escalation Coordination

· Personal Time Off tracking

· Subcontracting

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years professional work experience in a related field
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision/guidance
  • Ability to identify problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions, assesses each using standard procedures and makes a sound decision.
  • Ability to understand the key business drivers relating to own area; uses this knowledge to focus own work. 
  • Good general understanding of electronic business systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
