Ubisoft Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a full time Credit Coordinator.   Specifically, we are looking for an experienced professional with both strong communications and analytical skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain daily communications with counterparts in Sales, Sales Operations and Logistics concerning the resolution of cross-functional customer issues.
- Manage administrative duties to include but not limited to: 
o Email invoices and statements to customers 
o Maintain internal control deposit sheet, ensure bank deposits balance to entries in the ERP system, and do bank deposits. 
o Provide POD requests to customers and follow up for resolution
- Work with San Francisco’ (SF) office on projects as assigned with regard to improving the order to cash process work flow.
- Act as a liaison on process flow improvement for Credit/AR and Sales Operations.   If needed, execute the process as instructed from the SF office.
- Assist in tracking DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), deduction management and cash forecasts.
- Communicate to remote manager in SF office on relevant issues, requirements or request of the Canadian office.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 plus years of college
- 2 plus years of experience in commercial credit
- Excellent written and oral communications skill, ability to collaborate effectively with other departments interface effectively with customer business units.
- Team player with ability to work effectively with off-site management and strong follow through skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Strong MS Excel skills required.
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus.
- Bi-lingual language skill preferred (French and English)
