Bachelorâ€™s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related discipline preferred.
Requires 2+ years business systems analysis work experience
Working knowledge and/or familiarity with SAP desirable.
APEX programming skills preferred.
Salesforce.com Administrator certification highly desirable.
Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application/operational requirements.
Strong interpersonal relations, written & verbal communication/presentation skills ;
Organizational and project management skills
Ability to develop and maintain business and technical documentation
Competent in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail, and perform duties with minimal supervision
Prior experience working in complex global business environment preferred

Â§ Build the relevant screens and pick lists
Â§ Configure the application including Reports, Dashboards, List Views
Â§ Set up workflows and templates

Â§ Produce User Acceptance Test Scripts
Â§ Documentation Management
Â§ Report changes
Â§ Dashboard changes
Â§ Users â€“ adding, activating, de-activating, transferring
Â§ User data management â€“ adding, deleting, transferring
Â§ Basic Impact analysis re change management
Â§ Data Load (support)
